Product descriptions and prices
Our staff takes care to describe and display the products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur. If you have any questions, or would like to obtain further information, please contact our Customer Service by email at assistenza@panzasrl.com
We take steps to ensure that the prices displayed on our Website are correct. However, if we find an error in the price of a product, we reserve the right to cancel your order and contact you to arrange payment of any excess due or a refund of any overpayment you may have made.
We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.

During navigation, prices include VAT in the case of a visitor or private customer, they are excluded from VAT in the case of a customer profiled with a VAT number.

Free shipping is not applicable to all products on the website; if the Company finds the need, an additional cost will be added for the shipment of the goods. Free shipping will be calculated automatically during the purchase process depending on the selected product, and in the event that the gross amount of the order purchased is greater than € 80.00

Placing your order
You can place orders using our online purchase process. As part of the purchase process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. At the end of the purchase process, we will send you an order confirmation, specifying the products you have ordered.

The policy of the Impresa Edile Stradale Panza srl provides for a minimum order of 30€ excluding VAT, however exceptionally and as a form of welcome for an initial period linked to the launch of our new e-commerce we will not apply minimum order policies and we will also accept orders with smaller amounts, we reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

The contract is subject to the right of withdrawal (see the Right of Withdrawal section of this Website).
Any order for products on our Website is your offer to purchase the products in your order. No purchase contract is to be considered finalized until we have received and accepted your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place when you receive an order confirmation or payment confirmation message by e-mail.
We may refuse to accept an order: 1. in the event that the items are not available; 2. whether it is not possible to obtain authorisation of the payment; 3. whether there is an error in relation to the price of a product; 4. where the buyer does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in our Terms of Use and these Terms of Sale.
The purchase of products from our Website is reserved for users who are at least 18 years old. In order to purchase on our Website, you must also observe and comply with all local regulations relating to the purchase of goods.
We accept no liability for the purchase of products advertised on our Website from countries where this is not permitted.

Payment
Payment can be made through one of the options on our Website: Credit Card, PayPal, My Bank Bank Transfer, and payment in installments.
If the payment fails, the order will be cancelled. The goods will be shipped only after receipt of payment.
Our Website guarantees maximum security for online payments and your credit card details.
Credit card payments can be made securely via PayPal.
PayPal also offers the possibility of making payment for those who do not have a credit card.
Please be aware that if you use PayPal as your payment method, we reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses, surcharge rates (non-refundable) specified in the final checkout step may also apply.

TRANSFERS WITH DEDUCTIONS OR THE LIKE ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Installment payments are managed through an intermediary Klarna under terms and conditions that can be consulted on the pages of their portal.

Expedition
Panza srl ships throughout Italy through SDA, GLS and BRT express couriers.
The products purchased will be shipped to the address you provided for delivery as soon as possible, and in any case within about 5/7 days from payment subject to availability and customization); Some shipments may take up to 20 business days.
You will be notified of the shipment of the goods by sending a special email message.
Delivery is always at street level - in case of delivery to the floor contact us before placing the order to get a quote of the cost of shipping.
All goods delivered come with a guarantee seal and a label of authenticity.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with this legislation.
