Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
Panza Srl guarantees full satisfaction with your purchase. In accordance with Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), if for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased products, they may exercise their contractual right of withdrawal, request a return, and obtain a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within a strict limit of 14 calendar days from the date on which physical possession of the goods is acquired.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON DELIVERY AND SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Upon delivery by the courier, if the package shows visible damage, cuts, alterations, or any anomaly in the packaging, the Customer is strictly required to SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT WITH A SPECIFIC RESERVATION CLAUSE, ensuring that the courier writes down the exact details of the visible damage found on the receipt. If the courier does not allow this, the Customer must REFUSE THE PACKAGE. Failure to follow this procedure will make it impossible to proceed with a replacement or a refund for the damaged goods; signing with a general reservation without specifying the visible anomalies holds no insurance value. Any internal product defect found upon opening the package must be reported within a strict limit of 7 days from delivery by initiating the online return process on the website and attaching the necessary photographic evidence.
MANDATORY ONLINE PROCEDURE (ARTS. 54 and 54-BIS):
In accordance with Articles 54 and 54-bis of the Consumer Code, exercising the right of withdrawal and reporting product anomalies must be handled exclusively by filling out the official digital return form on our website, within your personal account area or via the order verification section.
Return requests or complaints submitted via e-mail, WhatsApp messages, phone, or any external channels will no longer be accepted, nor will independent shipments made without prior digital authorization and system validation. External communications are not legally valid to stop the 14-day expiration period.
1) How to submit your request:
• For Registered Users: Log in to your personal profile and access the order management section. Inside the summary page of the order you wish to return, specific options are available: click on the 'Return Request' button to initiate the official digital process and monitor the status of the return shipment.
• For Guest Checkouts: If the purchase was made in guest mode (without creating an account), the right of withdrawal can be exercised by accessing the order verification section on the website. Simply enter your order reference received in the confirmation e-mail to proceed with the guided digital return request.
2) Product shipment and return address:
Once digital approval of the request is received on the website, the goods must be shipped back within 14 days. The responsibility and cost of returning the goods (including any customs duties for international shipments) are entirely borne by the Customer. The package must never be refused at the time of original delivery unless it shows the structural damages indicated above; in case of unjustified refusal or failure to collect the package, the costs of storage, return, and reshipment will be charged to the customer.
3) Mandatory compliance conditions:
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be strictly met:
• The single-use warranty seal and the authenticity tag present on all products must be perfectly intact, uncut, and unbroken.
• The returned products must be in the exact same condition as when they were shipped and must be packed in their original packaging.
• The merchandise must not have been used, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Damage caused by incorrect and/or improper use of the returned material will not be guaranteed or refunded.
4) Non-compliant or defective products:
Panza Srl commits to the free replacement of any products with proven defects or non-conformity with the order. Any structural defects must be communicated by the customer in writing through the website's digital platform within 8 days of receiving the goods, stating at the same time their preference between an article replacement or a refund of the paid amount.
5) Return processing and refund methods:
Once the perfect condition of the returned products has been verified, within 14 days of receiving the goods at our warehouse, Panza Srl will proceed with the refund by reversing the transaction on the credit card used for the purchase or by bank transfer (or PayPal account). Please note that under Italian law, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by final consumers (natural persons purchasing for purposes not related to their professional activity or VAT/tax ID holders).
