Right of withdrawal
Panza Srl guarantees full satisfaction with your purchase, reference is made to the current legislation on the right of withdrawal in favour of consumers (Article 52 and following Legislative Decree 206/2005). If, within 14 days of delivery of the goods, you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can request a return of the products and obtain a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

We remind you that if the package is damaged on delivery, in order to assert the WARRANTY, the customer must SIGN THE RECEIPT SUBJECT TO INSPECTION by having the courier write in the RECEIPT what the visible damage is, if the COURIER does not allow it, REFUSE THE PACKAGE.
In the absence of this procedure, it will NOT be possible to replace the damaged goods. Signing the parcel with sola inspection reserve without specifying visible parcel damage has no value for insurance purposes.
Please check the product when opening the packaging; Any anomaly must therefore be reported no later than 7 days after delivery by attaching photographic evidence to our assistance email:

The package must NEVER be refused except for the reasons specified above, this will allow us to solve the problem faster, otherwise the costs of storage, return and reshipment of the package will be charged.
Methods of the return procedure
To activate the return procedure, you must perform the following steps:
1) Send an email to assistenza@panzasrl.com specifying, as the subject of the message, "Return Request";
2) Specify the purchase order number together with the code of the goods you intend to return and send the request;
3) Once the request has been received, our staff will send a confirmation email containing the Return Authorization Code; 4) Ship the package within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The responsibility and costs of shipping the returned goods are borne by the Customer.
Return conditions
In order for our staff to accept your return request, the following conditions must be met:
1) The guarantee seal and authenticity label, present on all products sold on our site, must be intact; 2) The returned products must be in the same condition in which they were shipped and must be packaged in their original packaging;
3) The goods must not have been used, damaged or, in any case, altered in any other way.
4) Damage caused by incorrect and/or improper use of the returned material is not guaranteed.
Panza srl also undertakes to replace free of charge any products of proven defectiveness or non-conforming to the order. Any shipping defects and/or errors must be communicated by the customer, in writing, within 8 days of receipt of the goods, and returned to Panza srl at the same time. Also within 8 days of receipt of the goods, and at the same time as the communication of any shipping defects and/or errors, the customer must communicate in writing to Panza srl his preference between the replacement of the goods and the refund.
Return fulfillment
Once the good condition of the returned products has been ascertained, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, Panza srl will proceed with the refund by cancellation on the credit card used for the purchase or by bank transfer, or with the sending of the goods as a replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods, shipping costs and any customs clearance costs are at his expense. Finally, it should be noted that, pursuant to Italian legislation, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by final consumers, i.e. by persons who purchase products for purposes not related to their professional activity. In case of non-collection of the ordered goods, the return shipping costs of the package will be charged.
