The Hummer S3 is a high shoe with padded nylon inserts and natural nubuck leather, a very fine leather that gives elegance to the shoe and also ensures its water repellency, essential for a winter shoe. The upper part of the shoe, which surrounds the ankle, is called the "no-stress collar", and is designed so as not to tire it, in order to accompany it in its movements, giving comfort.
Like all water-repellent winter shoes, the Hummer is made with the breathable Wingtex lining, a breathable air tunnel, thick and soft to the touch, comfortable and dry during use.
The safety of the shoe is given by the Airtoe Aluminum toe cap , very light and comfortable, about 54 gr. , designed to be particularly breathable as well as safe and so the asymmetrical holes and the special membrane that covers it, allows sweat to evaporate avoiding humidity, but without letting water through.
Another safety device is the Safe&Flex PLUS anti-puncture fabric midsole: very light and flexible, it adapts to the foot without bothering it, but the most important thing is that it is sewn directly to the upper, guaranteeing 100% protection of the sole of the foot, with puncture resistance up to 1100 N.
Finally, not to be overlooked, there is the non-slip and antistatic PU (polyurethane) tread , with a carefully designed design to prevent debris and pebbles from stopping under the sole and to ensure that oils and any slippery liquids flow without obstacles.
