  2. C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through page presentation cannot be programmatically determined or are not available via text;
  3. C.9.1.4.1 - In some cases, color alone has been used to identify purpose or distinguish information or functions;
  4. C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except for exemptions such as logos;
  5. C.9.1.4.5 - In some cases, text images were used instead of plain text, and they are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed;
  6. C.9.1.4.10 - Content that does not require two-dimensional layout (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the user's display size changes;
  7. C.9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not exceed the 3:1 ratio;

  9.   16. C.9.3.2.4 - Some components with the same functionality across pages are not identified consistently;
  17. C.9.3.3.2 - In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when user input is required;
  18. C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (such as form elements, links, and script-generated components) do not have the correct name, role, states, properties, or values set, or users and assistive technologies are not notified of changes;
  19. C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to users in a way that assistive technologies can interpret them without moving focus;
