It is a Combined Multipurpose Filter. It protects against all major gas groups (A, B, E, K) with medium capacity (Class 2) and against high toxicity dust (P3). It is the universal filter par excellence, but it is heavier than specific filters.

When does an open filter expire?

Once the sealed package is opened, the activated carbon begins to absorb moisture and environmental pollutants. Generally, an open gas filter should be replaced within 6 months, even if little used. Sealed filters expire after 5 years (see date on product).

Can I clean the filters with compressed air?

Absolutely not. Blowing compressed air on the filters will damage the structure of the filter fabric and can spread accumulated harmful dust. Filters are disposable and should be disposed of as special waste.
