Do these gloves protect against cuts?

Cut protection is indicated in the second number of the EN 388 marking. "General" gloves usually have a low level (1 or 2). To handle sheet metal or glass, you should choose specific "Cut Resistant" gloves (level C, D or E).

What does the "Grip" mean?

Grip is the ability of the glove to hold an object without letting it slip. It depends on the coating: latex has excellent grip on dry, Nitrile works better on oily surfaces.

Can they be washed?

Synthetic knit (polyester/nylon) coated gloves can generally be washed at low temperatures (30°C) with mild soap. Leather gloves should not be washed in water because they harden.
