How do you insert foam plugs correctly?

You have to roll the plug between your fingers to thin it, pull your ear up and back to straighten the canal, insert the plug and hold it for 20-30 seconds until it fully expands again.

Can I wash disposable earplugs?

Absolutely not. Polyurethane foam plugs are porous and absorb water and dirt, losing their elastic capacity. They must be thrown away after each work shift.

Why do some earplugs have a lanyard?

The cord is used to hold the two caps together and allows them to be hung around the neck during short breaks, avoiding having to place them on dirty surfaces or lose them on site.
