Features:

General Description:

• It is a prohibition sign belonging to the category of prescription signs provided for by the Italian Highway Code (art. 117 of the Implementing Regulation).
• The sign, identified as figure II 46, indicates "No transit" to all vehicles in both directions.

Technical features:

• Shape: circular (disc).
• Diameter: 60 cm (standard size for installations on secondary urban or extra-urban roads).
• Reflective film class: Class 1 – normal reflective film, used for roads with public lighting or where high visibility is not required over long distances.
• Border colour: red (outer circular band).
• Background color: white.
• Symbol: all-white disc with red border, no internal pictograms.

Installation example:

• Mounted on a galvanised pole or gantry, between 1.5 and 2.2 m above the ground (lower edge of the sign), in a position that is clearly visible to approaching drivers.
