Features: The manual barrier is made by a supporting pedestal that allows the movement of the aluminium bar and anchoring it to the pavement by means of a perforated lower plate (see specification for sizing of the concrete support base). At the top of the pedestal there is a padlockable latch to bind and secure the barrier both opening and closing once the position has been reached.
The barriers, thanks to the rear handle and the sizing of the counterweights (which guarantee their balance), have excellent maneuverability. To constrain the aluminium bar, in the closed position, the barrier is equipped with a fixed front foot with a fork anchored to the floor, this has the function of increasing stability and tightness in the face of transverse thrusts and/or impacts. To improve the visibility of the barrier at night and at a distance, inserts of class I red reflective film are applied to the aluminum barrier.
Mechanical features:
• Pedestal and bar holder made of tubular iron with a rectangular section 100x40xthickness 3 mm;
• Perforated lower support plate with a thickness of 10 mm, dimensions 350x250mm;
• Bar made of tubular aluminium with a rectangular section 100x40xthickness 2 mm;
• Front support foot made of tubular iron with square section with upper fork, lower plate 100x100 mm for anchoring to the
flooring by means of 4 threaded plugs;
• All connections between parts are made by means of steel screws and relative fixing nuts;
• Red powder coating;
• Class I reflective film applied along the entire length of the aluminium barrier.
