How long does the anti-fog treatment last?

Anti-Fog treatment is not eternal. Its durability depends on the quality of the lens (N-marking) and cleaning. Never use alcohol or solvents to clean the lenses, only neutral soap and water or specific sprays.

Are there graduated work glasses?

They do exist, but they are expensive custom-made devices. The cheapest and most popular alternative are over-glasses (worn over one's frames) or glasses with an internal optical clip-in insert.

Do they protect against UV rays?

Yes, all EN 166-certified polycarbonate lenses (even clear ones) filter out 99.9 percent of harmful UV rays (EN 170 standard). Dark lenses (EN 172) add filtering for solar glare.
