Meaning and Use:
• The "Other hazards" sign (Fig. 388) is used to warn of a general hazard that is not represented by other specific signals.
• It is always accompanied by an additional (rectangular) panel that specifies the nature of the hazard, such as:
"Cyclist crossing"
"Deformed road"
"Presence of animals"
"Work in progress"
"Outlet on the pier or on the embankment"
Context of use:
• Where there is a hazard not classified by other signs
• Near obstacles, temporary situations or special environmental conditions
• Always combined with an explanatory supplementary panel
