The Mobile Traffic Light System is composed of 2, 3 or 4 mobile trolleys complete with a traffic light lantern with three LED lights Ø 200 is used at road construction sites of long duration of a restriction involving a modi cation of the roadway following.
The multifunctional digital control unit can manage inputs from remote control or external sensors and connect remotely through GSM connection (optional).
The system allows up to 4 traffic lights to be connected together using latest generation control units.
The presence of the connection cable ensures perfect and long-lasting synchronization of the system.
The optics with LED technology allow excellent visibility in any lighting condition.
The trolleys are equipped with handles and wheels that facilitate the positioning of the system and its handling.

Functional description
Alternating traffic light transit:
due to the lack of mutual visibility between the ends of the bottleneck, the alternating direction can be regulated by 2 or more traffic lights; outside built-up areas, the traffic light system must be preceded by the temporary danger signal "traffic light" (fig. II 404) with a flashing yellow light inserted instead of the yellow symbol disk. The traffic light should be placed on the right side, at the height of the temporary stop strip.

Features traffic light lanterns
VISIBILITY:
automatic management of lamp brightness allows to improve visibility on very bright days and, at the same time, avoid glare at night.
The black coloring of the lantern makes the lamp color stand out as it improves contrast. Finally, the absence of colored lenses makes it possible to eliminate the ghost effect since the light reflected by the sun does not take on any coloring.
CONSUMPTION:
The use of high luminous efficiency lamps jointly with automatic dimming makes it possible to drastically reduce the power consumption.
This figure allows for a longer operating time by using smaller batteries.
The times of all operating states are programmable from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 999 seconds. The time of the various states of yellow is not programmable but has a set duration of 5 seconds.
The control unit is equipped with the following functions:
- Button to turn the lamps on and off.
- Button to activate flashing yellow.
- "Start" button for starting normal operation you know in quartz and cable mode

Set of pulses for setting times and setting the various available operating programs:
- Standard quartz mode (without connecting cable)
- Cable mode (in this case all programming and start functions can take place only from the master control unit, while all other control units connected in slave mode remain waiting for start commands, management of any errors and parameters from the master).
- Mode with manual phase advance (with wired or radio control) by cable only.
- Manual mode (with filocomando or radio control) via cable only with cycle normally on Master red.
- Manual mode (with filocomando or radio control) via cable only with cycle normally on flashing yellow.
- Eastern European Yellow mode with yellow before green (2 seconds).
