DESCRIPTION:

The system consisting of 2, 3 or 4 mobile trolleys complete with a Ø 200 three-light LED traffic light lantern is used on long-term road construction sites with a restriction that involve a change in the road system following the carriageway.

The multifunctional digital control unit can manage inputs from remote control or external sensors and connect remotely through GSM connection (optional).

The system allows up to 4 traffic lights to be connected to each other using the latest generation control units.

The presence of the connection cable guarantees perfect and long-lasting synchronization of the system.

The optics with LED technology allow excellent visibility in any light condition.

Feature description

Alternating transit by traffic lights:

due to the non-visibility between the ends of the bottleneck, the alternating direction can be regulated by 2 or more traffic lights; outside built-up areas, the traffic light system must be preceded by the temporary danger sign "traffic light" (fig. II 404) with a flashing yellow light inserted in place of the yellow disc of the symbol. The traffic light must be placed on the right side, at the temporary stop strip.

Features of traffic light lanterns 

VISIBILITY:

The automatic management of the brightness of the lamps allows you to improve visibility on very bright days and, at the same time, to avoid glare at night.

The black coloring of the lantern brings out the color of the lamp as it improves the contrast. Finally, the absence of colored lenses allows you to eliminate the ghost effect since the light reflected by the sun does not take on any color.

CONSUMPTION:

The use of high luminous efficiency lamps combined with automatic brightness adjustment allows to drastically reduce absorption.

This figure allows for a longer operating time when using smaller batteries.

The times of all operating states can be programmed from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 999 seconds. The time of the various yellow states is not programmable but has a fixed duration of 5 seconds.

The control unit is equipped with the following functions:

- Lamp on/off button.

- Flashing yellow activation button.

- "Start" button for starting normal operation in quartz mode that cable

Set of buttons for setting the times and setting the various operating programs available:

- Standard quartz mode (without connection cable)

- Cable mode (in this case all programming and start functions can only be carried out from the master control unit, while all the other control units connected in slave mode are waiting for start commands, error management and parameters from the master).

- Mode with manual phase advance (with wired control or radio control) only via cable.

- Manual mode (with wired control or remote control) only via cable with cycle normally on Master red.

- Manual mode (with wired control or remote control) only via cable with cycle normally on flashing yellow.

- Eastern Europe Yellow mode with yellow before green (2 seconds).
